Joe is an analytical, influential, and diplomatic Health & Safety professional with extensive legal knowledge, an eye for detail and a proven track record of embedding Health and Safety in organisations.  Joe has extensive experience in:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety management policies and strategies including setting realistic short and long term objectives for your organisation.
• Coaching staff at all levels in Health and Safety expectations and standards.
• Ensuring Safety Officers, Unit/Section Managers and Supervisors are actively engaged in the EHS systems across all sites.
• Developing and deliver of in-house training courses to managers and staff at all levels within the organisation.
• Developing and implementing Health and Safety initiatives and programmes which contribute to the Safety Culture within the Organisation.
• Investigating workplace accidents and injuries; performing root cause analysis; recording information; producing statistics and presenting to Senior Management Team.
