Our Team - Jim Cunningham
Jim Cunningham worked in the local authority sector for 36 years, 22 of which were spent in the Personnel/HR function. For the last 15 years of his career, he was the Head of Human Resources in Fingal County Council.
In addition to his work in Fingal he was a member of the HR Committee of the Local Government Management Services Board and several of the Board’s sub-committees and working groups. In this role he had considerable input into the development of HR policy and practice in the local authority sector nationally.
Jim is a Senior Trainer for FPPI, where he has made a significant contribution to individuals returning to work and transferring into new industries.
